Controlled beta privacy notice.
Effective July 11, 2026. This notice explains how ResiReview handles information during the private controlled beta.
Information collected
We process account and program membership details, educational feedback and reviews, workflow records, audit events, support metadata, and limited device or service logs needed to operate the beta.
How information is used
Information supports sign-in, role-based workflows, feedback delivery, program administration, moderation, exports, reliability and trend views, security, support, and product improvement.
Access and service providers
Authorized users see only information permitted by role and active program membership. Firebase, Google Cloud, and approved AI infrastructure process information to provide the service; we do not sell beta user information.
Retention and deletion
Temporary AI generations, drafts, notifications, exports, and rate-limit records follow the published beta retention schedule. Approved feedback, released packets, Milestone decisions, and audit records remain under program policy during beta.
AI-assisted drafts
AI output is a drafting aid. Raw notes are minimized, drafts require human review, and approved feedback retains final content plus limited safety and model metadata. AI output is not an independent evaluation or program decision.
Reviews and moderation
Public sub-intern rotation reviews and abuse reports may be reviewed, held, hidden, or removed. Internal program-fit reviews remain restricted to authorized program workflows.
Security and auditability
ResiReview uses verified accounts, active membership checks, program isolation, App Check, rate limits, audit records, and encrypted managed infrastructure. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Access and correction
Beta users may request account access, correction, removal, or deletion review through support. Program policy, audit obligations, and applicable law may require some records to be retained.
Controlled beta scope
ResiReview is for educational feedback, coaching, rotation review, and program improvement. It is not for patient care, emergency communication, employment decisions, or official regulatory submission.
Do not include patient names, MRNs, dates of birth, exact dates of care, or other patient identifiers.
ResiReview does not advertise HIPAA compliance during controlled beta. Formal compliance, retention, vendor, and legal review are separate milestones before any PHI-capable launch.
