ResiReview

Terms

Controlled beta terms.

Effective July 11, 2026. These terms govern access to and use of the private ResiReview controlled beta.

Controlled beta
  • Eligibility and authority. You must use an accurate account, protect your credentials, and have authority from the participating program or institution for the workflows and information you access.
  • Permitted use. Use ResiReview only for educational feedback, coaching, rotation reviews, sub-intern program-fit review, and program improvement within approved beta programs.
  • Prohibited content. Do not submit patient identifiers, private clinical details, abusive or discriminatory content, spam, credentials, action links, or information that identifies uninvolved people.
  • No patient-care or regulatory use. ResiReview is not a medical record, patient-care system, emergency service, employment decision system, or official ACGME or ADS submission tool.
  • Human responsibility. AI-assisted output, summaries, readiness signals, and suggested Milestone mappings are drafts or decision support. Authorized people remain responsible for review, correction, approval, and final CCC or program decisions.
  • Reviews and confidentiality. Public rotation reviews must avoid private identities. Internal program-fit reviews, feedback, exports, packets, and audit information may be used only within authorized workflows and should not be redistributed improperly.
  • Licensed materials. Milestone frameworks and related licensed content may be accessed only through authorized protected workflows. Extraction, republication, or redistribution outside the licensed program use is prohibited.
  • Moderation and access. ResiReview may hold, hide, remove, or investigate content and may limit or suspend accounts to protect users, privacy, security, program boundaries, and beta integrity.
  • Beta availability. Features, limits, and access may change during the controlled beta. Keep independent copies of institution-required records and do not rely on uninterrupted availability.
  • Privacy and retention. Use is subject to the beta privacy notice and published retention practices. Some approved educational and audit records may remain under program policy after account access ends.
  • No unsupported compliance claim. The controlled beta is no-PHI educational software and does not advertise HIPAA compliance, ACGME certification, sponsorship, endorsement, or official submission authority.
